Great show. One of my favorites. Rthey don't make enough new ones tho. They are always repeats. And my buddy lives in vegas and has been in there a bunch of times and says those guys are never there.

pawn stars is addicting , chris hansen also makes for good tv , anytime I go to a strangers house and they say they just made some "fresh baked cookies" , I run like hell...

Caught this a couple nights ago... Alot more gambling involved then pawn stars where they have some idea of what they are buying is worth and just try to low ball the sellers to get a profit...

Both good shows IMO though...

Been to their shop in Vegas, a lot smaller than it appears to be on TV. Lady that was working told me the guys you see on TV are only there for a few hours a day and mostly stay in the back when they're there. Cool place though, full of a lot of unique items. Was there the Friday before last years Super Bowl, no line at all. Just North of the Stratosphere right before Charleston if I remember correctly.

I really like it too, but I hate it when they do the cutaway shots and say they have to get the item for the right price. We get it. You say that 2-3 times every show.

But I really like seeing the old items and learning a few things about the old days.

American Pickers and Pawn Stars back to back on Mondays. Always DVR them.

One other thing though, when does the obsession with antiques take a turn for the worse? Like when does it turn into Hoarders?
