Drinking and driving? i don't buy it

      .081. It might actually be a .076 ... or a .077 ... or a .078 ... there is NO WAY TO KNOW, by the words of the people who invented, maintain and use the machine for the State.

      And BAC doesn't automatically drop over time ... it rises, plateaus and THEN drops ... just another misconception by my little average juror ... of course, lawyers on both sides try to explain the concept to you and you get confused.

      I'm sorry, can you read? Because I think I illustrated in my last post that while a 0.081 may not me an 0.081, that doesn't mean it's an 0.076...and there are other factors to consider.

      Keep attacking my intelligence if it makes you feel better about your apparent lack there of....but you are wrong about BAC. It rises while you're drinking, then the alcohol slowly works its way out of your system. I'm a waitress for my second job. The state of Rhode Island requires that we take a class in order to understand all this. If somebody at one of my tables is drunk, it's my job to keep them there at least an hour and a half which should drop their BAC down by at least a drink.
