Theres no question the civil war that broke out between Paco and Lakerboy was sad. But I have no doubt that 90%+ sided with Paco. You only have to look at Lakerboys thread now. Its like ghost town in there. I think that in itself is enough to testify about who was right and who was wrong. Forgetting about squares and sharps and shit like that, one rule is - you dont stab someone in the back. LB came out and publicly stuck a dagger right into Pacos heart on the one night he didnt need it. Dont defend the indefenceable Lyon. LB owes Paco an apology. You saw the personal comment he made about Pac. No excuses that was appalling.

Like I said there was more that went down... the rest of you saw the aftermath. You didn't see when Paco was throwing it in our face and laughing about his "square" plays cashing and us wannabe "sharps" were not that "sharp" All that shit was real funny until that $6300 "square" play got you all sucked in. CHECKMATE! ROOKS! Out there pounding that "square" shit at $100 a pop then all of sudden got to feeling to good about ones self and got hammered.

Betting wise, neither Paco or lakerboy are guilt-free or worthy of blame. Both have their fair share of followers that will tail their picks. No-one is forcing them to, it's their own decision. I follow most of Paco's picks and if I disagree with some of them, I don't tail them, simple as. Which is what I did with the Colts bet. I followed lb's picks in the NBA last season and made money. But the guy made a 100x play which I simply couldn't match. And went on to say that if that play lost, he would play it for 200x the next game. Again, something which is not possible for a bettor like me.

Betting wise, neither Paco or LB are guilt-free. Both have made their mistakes so trying to trump one over the other is naive.

However, LB's personal attack on Paco and some racial attacks on other members was disappointing, because I've always held LB in high regard. My respect for him certainly took a hit that night. However, I will always be thankful to him for helping me make money in the NBA last season and I wish him the best of luck.

As for Paco, I PMed him my thoughts and we're all good.

This will be my last post regarding this subject.

There has been malicious comments from paco mocking 'sharp' plays and LB mocking 'square' plays.

Obviously after you lose a big play it's easier to lose your cool especially if you are drinking (not taking a shot at paco or anyone here because I've seen LB argue with dex one time after drinking also, it's normal).

Paco's thread was the first place I chilled at to try and learn but it got so crowded and so full of people who wouldn't give any insight and just post shit I decided to back out and seek other place to learn. Talked to a few people then started hanging out at LB's thread which completely changed my mind on gambling and made me become a better capper.

I have nothing against any of these guys and I wish it wouldn't have come down to this. Bad stuff was said in a heated argument that will never be taken back and I don't expect them to ever again hang out.

If you are into learning and making money it's time to ignore this and move on and try to learn from both of them. Proper money management is the key to success and that includes not chasing/always betting within your means.

Now enough with the internet toughness and let's move on to tomorrow's games.
