Actually only the first part is correct. Windows don't open. The part where everyone gets sucked out it's a myth. You probably saw it in a movie. What will happen if the door is open in mid air is everyone will get very cold because it's -40 up 35,000 feet and the air is also very thin so they will have to put the oxygen masks before they run out of breath. But they won't get sucked out the door like you see in the movies.
