I don't think SBR did a damn thing. The book paid him out that's the end of this case. Now that he's admitted using multiple accounts any new case involving will hill will be an automatic scam.

If he continuously gets limited and opens new accounts then will hill needs better security and possibly they should hire Teddy to explain how he's beating their security.

How can you find out, if someone has a clean new ID and uses a different IP? Wake up..WH isn´t the only book that is unable to do that, or why do you think guys like Teddy make money?
