My girlfriend teaches sign language to deaf kids, she has taken them to their shop in LeClaire, IA. for field trip more than once, When you go to their shop nothing is for sale, except for the tv show t-shirts and bullshit. The only person in there is a blonde chick you never see on the show.

The show is where they make their money.

It's kind of like the same principle for poker. They don't show every hand. Just the interesting ones.
