Exactly SB. Hitler is the worst cause he killed Jews. Plain and simple. How come none of the so called great nations took the Jews from him? My interest is WW2 nothing else. I am a student of the war and the Nazi 's were a big part of it.

I have a huge library on the war and have read hundreds of books on the Nazi rule and the all of the battles in the war. I know almost every single detail of the war in chronological order. I also have hundreds of DVDS on the war. My biggest interest was in the russian campaign. Despite what Hitler did the germans had undoubtedly the best armed forces off all time. People should be happy that Hitler went egotistical or had a sane man been in charge of Germany they could have seized control of the world. The Werhmacht was an incredible war machine .

Why did Hitler spend most of the war at Wolf's Lair...near the Russian
border ? At what point did he retreat back towards Berlin ?

Saw that Ghost Hunters International special when they did the
investigation there....and the ruins of Hitler's bunker there appeared
above ground....I am guessing that is because everything was blown
up.....it was cool to see the actual location where the valkyrie attempt
took place...

Hitler went back towards Berlin in nov 1944 as the russian armies approached the wolfs lair. The reason he was there was to conduct operation barbarossa.
