he had too many fronts, should of made peace with britain and france after destroying france and then taken russia without having to worry about the west and africa.

Either that or concentrated on britain, altho it may not have been possible to invade.

Italy was a nuisance the entire war, he should of just invaded them and used their resources for something useful rather than the Italian army which was brutally worthless.

Russia knew they might be next and were building up forces and beginning to fortify their border, attack at a later date may have not been possible. Russia was already developing the weapons they needed to turn the tide of the war in 42 and 43 before germany invaded them. T-34 tanks and serviceable aircraft.
