I don't have any good advice because i sucked at this when it was happening to me a few years back but i wish you the best of luck. Hire a good lawyer and ask him for advice they see this every day and know all the ends and outs and what you can use in court again GOOD LUCK women seem to get all the breaks in court (unless you really nail them to the wall) or thats the way it is in my state !!!!!!!!!!!!
