He sucked all through the playoffs. His strikeout came in a close game. The Yankees were done even if ARod hit a homer there.

Phillies are not that good bottom line, they were not hungry for that series at all.

Ryan Howard is the Jeff Carter of the Flyers, got paid, got lazy and did not care one bit. Luckly for the Flyers they have other players on the team who do care and who do get paid good money.

Once again, and I will say it once again, STOP watching the PHillies they are OVERRATED. So Sick of hearing about how "great" they are and how they will win every world series with roy halladay, yeh the guy they got to repalce Cliff Lee...bahah, where is Lee at now? O yeh, the world series again.

arod also played horrible in the ALCS. but his last strikeout had no effect on the series.
