The live chat service dropped for about 15 minutes close to post of the games earlier. I apologize for any interruption of service, but this was not something under our control. In any case where there may be an issue with chat service, we are available by email or phone immediately.

All I am alluding to, is that if the system was available, he would have had zero problems. And yes, this was a live person software issue, not a BP issue. As far as how we treat posters from SBR compared to other sites more specifically EOG...we don't deviate from trying to do the best we can for each and every member regardless of what site they originated from, as well as if they are at BP on a free bet or just funded their account with large dollars.

Betphoenix....another small issue with your CS. I have no problem with you calling/emailing for business and asking for deposits. But each time I try to take advantage of it, I am then told I am not eligible. If you deem me to be a sharp or wiseguy, why not take me off your call list and not waste my or your time? Thanks.

All their people are/were too busy cold calling everyone to take care of
a real live customer wanting to make a deposit...........classic.............
