Go here, and make sure you connect to the server in San Jose, Costa Rica. Once you do that PM the results to sbwilkinson and he can look at the results to see if there are any patterns with the people who are getting disconnected. Also even if you're not getting disconnected it will still be helpful to send the information we can have something to compare the results with.

I was in the Thurs night tourney and got booted every 3rd or 5th hand, got so frustrated I went tilt on purpose to end my session. I never have any problems at other poker sites. I dont know band width. I have windows xp. I am not a computer person (my wife is the tech nerd) for me entertainment only and the last SBR tourney was not enjoyable. I ended up finishing in the top 3rd. I hope its fixed soon would have been a blast with not being booted 40 or more times........p.s. my equipment is not old and my DSL is fine. this is the only poker site I have ever had this problem....Thanks for all the work SBR

Today was the first time I've not had any disconnect problems. Didn't do anything different on my end so either it's getting better or it's random. I'm hoping it's getting better.

Yes, everything except Mac OS. Mac users need to run windows on their machines.

We are doing a network audit to make sure it's optimal. This feedback and reports help a lot.

software does not work at all for me i download new version hit ok to restart and nothing pops back up

Today it was the first time I had problems. It will either kick me out or freeze and the only way to get back to the table was to exit and start over. I lost several blinds due to this recurring problem.

Similar for me. After it downloads update, it says it will restart. It doesn't. So I start over and it begins to download the update again. At this point I click cancel and then every thing is ok.

Tonight, Tues, it charged the non pro entry fee. I told Lou about it. Later , the fee was returned directly from Poker. I don't know if this was automatic because there should have been no fee for Pro or if it was initiated by Lou.

You have to download the latest version from the PM Lou sent today. Once I did this it didn't automatically download the update.

Thanks,Pavy. I just got the latest and both things I mentioned above are now ok.

A suggestion to the tech crew and Lou: I see under HELP>>ABOUT that i now have version 1.0.0 , build 18. For the Tuesday game I didn't know to get that. I ignored the "install" in Lou's PM because I assumed that was only for new players. Maybe in the future , the PM could include the version#, Build # so that we could know if we have the latest. Or is there a thread I should know about where the latest version is listed? ( a lot of users probably don't know how to see what version they have using HELP>>ABOUT )

And many thanks for providing this game and the tournaments. I never played online poker before. Soon I'll be hooked. Is that the plan?
