JJ, come see me and i'll hook you up with some nice kosher sushi.. I can buy some kosher nori for you.. Then, if you are still scared to try the smoked salmon, i can treat you to some excelent vegetarian sushi.. Avacodo, cucumber, sweet potato, spring onion, cream cheese, they're a lot of combonations to work with.. You just got to give it a chance JJ..
