man soooo DISAPPOINTING...we had that game on a silver platter with all of the stops we got but we couldn't get the job done on offense in the 2nd and 3rd quarter....too muhc trying to pound it up the middle when it OBVIOUSLY wasn't working...scheelhaase had a very solid game though his numbers are staggering...pryor is a fagget and once he came back martez shoulda went for that knee and blew it out......we had PLENTY of opportunities to win that game and that late td by them made it a double digit win, but it was WAAAAAY closer...
was that 4 and 1 sneak a BULLSHIT spot or what?? that cost of a few points and that was a big change as it let them milk 3 more minutes off the clock and get a fg......i must say that i feel really good about my illini, i think we can certainly beat penn state and michigan state if our D plays the same way, we just need a few more scoring drives.....i was shocked no more fancy plays like that flea flicker were used, given in a game like this, you pull out the trickbag to get the job done....
we're 2-2 and hopefully once we return home vs psu and msu, we'll be sitting atleast at 3-3, cause then the trash of the big ten comes to champaign and we can get the job done vs indiana and purdue which sets us up with a trip to the big house to notch that bowling bid...

Ohio State played very poorly today and Illinois played better than normal, especially on defense... no need to overreact and act like Ohio State sucks all at once... people have thought they sucked every year for the last four years or so and they have been killing the number because of it... look at their stats ATS in the last few years. As long as Pryor is healthy they should do very well this year too.Comment -
that was a mistype, i never re-read what i write...i meant to say: cheelhaase had a solid game though his numbers weren't staggering...he needs to throw more and that comes down to petrino not being a pussy and calling his number to lead the way....lots of knock on his arm though after the game, they say that he throws like Docta JJ Gold, a total puss arm.....if that's the case then we need that kid from the Carolinas in there to get the job done, cause he has a CANNON
