they don't teach that at coaching school. only fans know about letting the other team score to give time to tie.
What is GB thinking????........LET THEM SCORE

#37No way a running back is going down on first and goal from the 5 on his own. These players live to pad their stats and I'm sure a few have large bonuses based on yards/touchdowns. If he had a clear path to the endzone he would have taken it.Comment -

#46Not sure what game you were watching but he was trying to score. If he was not trying then why would they even risk running the ball. They would have just got in the middle and knelt down. Here the funny thing. If that ball was 10 yards back, Chicago would have just knelt down and kicked it. Why would 5 yards closer make a difference.Originally posted by pavyracerAre you dumb? They got the ball on the 5 yard line on 1st down on the PI call. The Packers had one time out. Why will they tell Forte to score a TD? They told him find a LB and hit him and go down. He did this 3 times in a row. Time runs out to 5 seconds. Bears score a FG and win the game. It is not rocket science.Comment -

#57If any of you guys have a DVR and haven't changed the channel..
Rewind that shit and you'll see #50 Hawk was the only son of a bitch who was playing on defense and he shoestringed Forte and Forte reached for the end zone.. He didn't want to go down
The defense just locked up with the O-line and they were purposely letting him walk in
This isn't the first time I've seen a team let someone walk into the end zone.. That fool Hawk was just too jollyComment -

#63I agree Seattle... Both coaches are idiots. I don't know why they didn't let him score in that situation. But I also don't know why Chicago was running the ball. Stupid is as stupid does.
The refs weren't going to let GB win this one. That intentional grounding call on Rodgers late was horseshit. Not calling holds on the Bears was horseshit. After about 10 flags shouldn't the refs know to swallow their whistle? You can call a penalty on every play if you want to. The refs have to just let them play and quit trying to get on camera.Comment -
