No real pressure at all, you know that Reid has his back that is all that matters! they traded Mcnabb because Reid said to they could lose the next five, and he isnt getting pulled.

In 2006, last time that someone said this is Vick's team, the Atlanta Falcons went 7-9. Now I am not a Philly fan so 7-9 is fine with me but I am guessing the Eagles faithful is not going to be to happy with that. In that year, he only threw 7 more TD passes than Int's. He completed just barely 50% of his passes. Vick is a tremendous athlete but is an average QB, at best. He looked decent against the Lions. Big deal. I don't know whether Kolb is the answer or not but he is going to be a better bet than Vick. If Vick is the starter at any point again this season (barring an injury from Kolb where the Eagles have no choice) then the Eagles have mailed it in and will not make the playoffs.

Kolb might be the better qb if the eagles had a good offensive line but that isn't the case, in this situation the more mobile QB is going to fair better especially when is a skilled and experienced player.

How would playing Vick signal they are mailing it in? Would seem more likely to keep in the "future" in Kolb if they are planning to mail it in. Maybe they are already mailing it in because they don't have a shot at the superbowl and would be lucky to even make the playoffs with Vick. So they figure it will just be better to play Kolb and see if he is the answer or not......

Kolb didn't show that much last year. He got one win against KC as a starter, KC who was nearly dead last in defense last year. I keep hearing about how he's shown he can play. This simply isn't true. NFL history is littered with QBs that had one good game and never did it again.
