I used to pray for games during March Madness when I was 14-16. I learned that God doesn't like praying for winning bets.

I t works sometimes, if you actually go to the church and light candles for some reason it works better mainly because you have to pay like $1 to light them. Guys do whatever works for you. The goal is to win.

went to church and lit some candles this morning trying to get an edge on the Notre Dame game. even if your atheist what does it hurt to do this? I've been praying during commercial breaks so lets see how this works out.
What percentage of the time would you say it works? 50%? All I want to know is which God to pray to. There are just so damn many.
