Minn had a lot of extra rest since they played on thurs. they do not intend to start 0-2. and won't. miami at minn is like a fish out of water. they struggled against buffalo and still have to go back on road.

This is a game of matchups. The Dolphins match up well against this Minnesota team. The biggest weakness for Miami is the secondary, and the Vikings don't have the receivers to exploit it. Miami run defense is strong. Jake Long will be able to contain Jared Allen. The Dolphins OL is good enough that they'll be able to run on the Vikings.

I'm not sure if Miami gets the W, but I think taking the points is a good play.

JJ I am the biggest Miami fan here.
Sure they can but will they? This will be a huge statement as to whether the Fish are gonna be taken seriously as a playoff team or Super bowl contender. I think they are both and while it's a long season, a win Sunday will make some doubters into believers. Rice is hurt and Miami will in fact show more than in Buffalo last week.

I live down here in S. Fl., so I think I have somewhat of a feel for this team. They looked horrible all pre-season and terrible against the Bills. Now they travel to the dome where Minny has a much better defense. Henne looks lost, Parcells quit, Marshal hasn't been much of a factor. This team to me, is still searching for an identity, they seem totaly out of whack. If Minny goes up 2 scores on this team, it could get ugly, this isn't a team that knows how to win coming from behind. I also don't think Minny will have as poor of a showing as opening night. 10 days rest, Favre a little more up to speed. There are just to many things going against Miami in this spot for me to believe in them. JMO.

Everything points towards Minny winning but this is the NFL so anything can happen. I can see the game being close and Miami finding a way to steal the game from Minny in the end. It makes for good headlines if Minny starts of 0-2.
