Miami struggled offensively vs. Buffalo, how do they expect to win in Minnesota. Favre and Co. looked mediocre last week but he still showed flashes and now he's playing at home in a dome on 10 days rest. Before resigning Bill Parcells took a shot at Chad Henne basically saying it was a mistake to draft him. The Vikes still have a killer d-line and Jared Allen might be takin' Henne to "culinary school" more than once on Sunday.

JJ. I like Miami too...as a team, but here you have one team (Miami) who won a somewhat tight game vs. and EASY opponent; while the Vikings put up a tough fight against the Super Bowl Champs. Vikings are out for blood here. Yeah Favre is old...he's going to always be my worry betting the Vikes, but they are still a rock solid team. I like the 10 days rested Vikings to win what will probably be a pretty sloppy early cross conference game.

MIA is the pop-warner version of the NYJ. Favre looked bad 1st week against CLE last year too. I don't think he'll have anywhere near the year he did last year, but he will be more prepared for this game. MIN has also had a few extra days to get ready. Once MIN gets a lead, MIA will have to abandon their game-plan and thats not good news if your team has a QB named Henne.

I think the spread is good here as well. Lots of people are off Miami because they only beat the Bills by 5, but that game was never even close if you saw it. Favre was out of sync and just looked awful against the Saints. Also, I bet the Vikings spent all offseason prepping for their Thursday night opener against the Saints and not really looking ahead much. The Dolphins on the other hand probably spent a lot of time getting ready for the Vikings during the offseason.

No lock, but I think Dolphins spread is good.
