I'm a Cowboys fan and can admit that Romo at times can look bad....but to call him a loser shows you are a casual NFL fan. Top 5 in win % amongst QB's today...and that stat may actually be top 3. But whats the point in looking it up....Cowboy haters will just not understand it.

Exactly. The haters just love to hate on anything to do with the Cowboys.

You can be a "good" QB and still be a disappointment. Dan Marino was great but never won a Super Bowl. Jim Kelly lost 4 Super Bowls. Before he won a Super Bowl, Peyton Manning couldn't win playoff games. Donovan McNabb led the Eagles to the NFC Title Game 4 years in a row. Its cliche, but some QBs just have *it*, and some don't.

Wade Phillips: There are 4 seconds left, and we are on our own 30. Tony, see if you can make a play out there........

Not Romo's fault. BAD BAD coaching.

His o-line was terrible with penalties, not Romo's fault.

Dallas stinks this year, enough said. Washington will finish 3rd and Cowboys 4th in the division.

dallas is very poorly coached--the offensive play calling was especially bad. on top of that romo didn't want any part of staying in the pocket even on the plays that the line gave good protection

Anyone think Bears can beat Cowboys next weekend? It'll come down to turnovers probably, but 'Boys O-Line is spotty. Peppers could wreak havoc. If Bears clean up turnovers this should be a close one. Probably will take the +9.5. 10 would look really good.

JJGOLD you stuck on stupid boy? How the hell was it Romo's fault last night? Play call was in and he tried to make a play. That is on the coaching staff they should of took a knee. You ever played the game son? What you want Romo to just stand in the pocket and get killed with that pathetic offensive line. Get back at me with some of Romo's stats thru out his short career so far how do they look son. Cowboys lost due to poor o-line with Alex Barron. Terrible coaching that falls on them with not taking a knee before half. And a kicker that can't kick a 34 yard field goal. Learn the game before you post jjgold you look like a fool son.

Still, one by one they spoke calmly of their plight, shrugging without answers, certain a wretched performance Sunday night was nothing.
Coach Wade Phillips looked ashen and talked about how he immediately saw the flag on Barron’s hold and knew the Cowboys would not be winning Sunday night. He did not offer an emotion to accompany this realization.
Instead, he blamed himself for the play that ruined the Cowboys’ night: an oddly conceived attempt to throw a pass from his own 36-yard line on the last play of the first half of a 3-0 game. He decided to do this after it appeared the Redskins had declined a holding penalty on (whom else?) Barron – a replacement for the injured Marc Colombo(notes). The problem was Washington then accepted the penalty, pushing Dallas back from the 46.
Phillips said he was supposed to call off the pass.
Only he didn’t call off the pass.
Seconds later, running back Tashard Choice(notes) fumbled, Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall(notes) picked up the ball and ran it back for a touchdown that put Washington up 10-0 at halftime.
