        Yes, anything over $1200 on a slot, poker tourney, or similar wager when the odds are greater than 300-1. For horses it is $600 when the odds are greater than 300-1.

        Yes you need your SS card or something official with your SS on it.

          I always tip the cocktail waitress. If the BJ dealer is personable then I will play a few hands for him/her. Any BJ dealers who are in a bitchy mood or won't make general conversation get nothing from me. I'd prefer the BJ dealers not split their tips. It sucks to tip dealers when there is 1 bad seen in the bunch of them. I have a hard time tipping/playing a hand when I get poor service or a rude/moody dealer.
