My opinion the two best steakhouses in nyc are keens and blt prime.

easy way to tell if the cook knows what he is doing is simple. If you have a lot of juice on your plate like a puddle, he didnt finish the steak right.

To me, $3 for a COKE is the ripoff here.
Fuking restaurants are ripping people off with soda and iced tea prices.
Its at least $2-$2.50 for a soda at every sit down restaurant now.
$10 to start with drinks when I take my family out.
Obama needs to get a bill passed to stop this crime. This is worse that health insurance, IMO!

Part of the gimmick at Ruth's Chris is that they put a pad a butter on top of the steak immediately after they cook it and serve it to you so it makes the sizzling sound to get your shit hard.
