For me, I can't decide.
I think its unethical for them to leave money in your account after you request a withdrawal. For them to say it takes XX amount of days to "process." I miss PartyPoker - they took the money out of your account right away. The reason the book leaves it in there is to tempt you to bet it. I've studied the cognitive processes of gamblers and if that money is in there, theres a good chance it is going to be wagered.
I also don't like how the books let you deposit instantly, but make you jump through a ton of hoops to withdraw. It should be the other way around. Submit all of those worthless forms BEFORE they even let you make a deposit.
