#10i have a rolex air-king...its a nice timepiece without being too showy (3.5k new, 2.5k used). i like subtlety.
if you are interested in a rolex but dont want to shell out thousands, there are some really good replica companies in asia that'll make a nice near-rolex (not the crap you'd buy on the streets of NYC) for much less.Comment -

#11Google replica rolex and have some fun sorting through the 100's of websites that sell them. Some are crappy, some are cheap, some are expensive and then there are some that are cheap and good. You can find one such as a Submariner for $69 that will make 95% of the people that see you with it on think it's the real dealComment -

My favorite watch is a Rado with ceramic band. It's a high tech ceramic that doesn't scratch. I've had one for years and though I've had to get a few of the bands replaced, it looks as brand new as the day I bought it. All you have to do is a spit shine and the thing blings.Comment -

#14I like nice watches, and I sometimes notice a super nice watch on someone. I seldom look at the brand, as long as it looks nice. A watch is something I just find stupid to spend much money on, just like sunglasses and pussy!Comment -

#20I'd rather have a watch with a story behind it to make conversation rather than the story being I spend $5,000+ on something that tells time just like a $10 Timex doesComment -

#22I'm a Tag guy...also want an Aquamarine. Rolie's seem a little stodgy and old guy-ish but it's hard to criticize them for the reasons M4L listed....broads definitely dig em.Comment -

#23I had a Fossil for nearly 10 years, wore it every day, put maybe 3 batteries in it. When that watch finally died for good I was devastated! It was like it was part of my arm.Comment -

#28Yes, I have a nice silver Datejust. I used to sport a Submariner but swapped with my Brother. Best watch there is in my opinion.המוסד

#29Originally posted by sicklerI had a Seiko for over 15 years. It was a really nice watch. Kept perfect time. I was attached to it. Lost it at the beach, took it off and put it on the car roof while applying sunscreen. Someone came by and grabbed it before I realized I forgot the watch and headed back to the car. Fukkin devastated. Couldn't replace it because that model wasn't sold anymore.Comment -
