took 2 years of Spanish, but wish I had cared & paid attention. In high school you think you'll never need or want to know certain things they are trying to teach you. Its hard to concentrate or care when you're 16 & 17 with pussy on your mind. Its hard enough to at 34 with pussy on your mind!

not a day goes by that i dont think of the day my bitch counselor told me "i wasnt good enough at English to take Spanish".....Hard learning Spanish on the go, only shit i still know is dope terminology......

Yes, Spanish is a waste of time. I should have taken French, yet my English grammar wasn't proficient enough at that time...for me to take on French.

Taking French instead of Spanish was an incredibly stupid choice for me ( only two options). I literally have forgotten all the French I took ( almost), Espanol would have been so much better !

I'm sure my life would be way different today if I had taken Spanish in HS ! I might be married to a senorita and be happily living in Tucson with a couple of kids perhaps ? Maybe I would have died in a traffic accident in 1984 ?, I might have been at the McD's massacre in San Ysidro ?

Shit like that is deep....any slight change could change your life so much ! It is crazy to think about it....Star Trek anyone ?

It was pretty useful for me. I deal with a lot of Spanish speaking people. I mostly learned it from growing up around it. The Schooling part taught me to refine it.

Geometry & trig have probably used the most along with History & Lit

I took 4 years of HS Spanish. I can't hardly speak it except for the basics. Some of it comes in handy out on the job site though.

You do know there are plenty of real good high schools? Private and public. Just not when you live in the ghetto. Yea quality of high schools correlates highly to stock market returns.

They had such a class in my HS...it was called "Consumer Economics" I took it it after I dropped Calculus... it was literally an automatic A+, I didn't care, I got out of school at 11:14 am. Only now ( at 46.75 yo) do I regret not having gone to college and getting a degree.

Class was what you say without the half point shopping stuff. Automatic 100% on every test while I pay no attention to the teacher and do homework from other classes, so I can get to work at noon.

I dropped calculus to take idiot math for losers.

I did graduate with honors.

My biggest mistake in life was quitting the USPS, but I hated it badly. I haven't worked in 7 years, can't make money gambling anymore and I'm going broke....I'm rather unemployable actually. You are toast once you work for USPS....stay there for life once in.

I literally am unemployable in a legit job for over minimum wage.

I guess I could drive a cab or be some other kind of lowlifer.

There is no legal job for the likes of me....

can't get a dealer job....dead at casinos

too old for military, police, fire dept, etc.

too old for non existent construction jobs.

Then I'm very unhappily married for either 9-10 years ( 9, I think), seems like 90 !

I'm disappointed when I wake up alive every day. I have no reason to want to live to be honest....my cat does help me , though !

Getting married was awful for me, but she did help a TON with my mother in her dying days (almost 7 years ago).

Just a little tweak in life.....if I never met my ( first,last, and only) wife, Shit could be so different.... I might be in prison, or maybe I'm a Postmaster or higher, or I won the lottery.

I don't blame the wife, but the marriage isn't good.
