i agree I don't think fishhead is broke. Not sure if he's a millionaire, but why is someone that's loaded obsessed with measly SBR points? There's a difference with utilizing something because its there and being infatuated with it.

Even if you manage to collect 10,000 sbr points after all your hard work, that is only about 1k. What is 1k to a millionaire?

I grew up poor so I fully understand the value of $200. A millionaire being cheap (yes he is cheap because he offers -152 on a "special line" when its -154 at the majority of books, like 1 SBR point makes a difference to people.

Some millionaires are dirt cheap.

My uncle was a electrical engineer through the Military for 4 years got out and opened his own business. Invested all his money in retail and franchise opportunities. Primarily weinerschetzel and subway when they first started up. Long story short he retired by the age of 32 and lives with his aunt. He currently has about 12 rentals and owns about 15 commercial properties. The guy still makes over 30,000 a month profit and has a pickup truck that 20 years old and probably buys 1 new shirt every year.

Ask any teller the people who walk in looking beat up as shit are the ones who have 100k in there savings accounts. Not every millionaire lives extravagant.

At my old job This asain lady who was a cashier at target for 10 years was 82 years old. The healthyest old woman ive ever seen. Anyways her husband used to own like 8 restaurants and she did nothing but watch hte stock market all day on her breaks. Long story short she was rich as hell. She has 4 kids and all of em are doctors or surgeons. This lady wud run to pick up pennies. Again not all millionaires waste money and go broke like NBA players.

you can't count on better than ~3% real return going forward. that's 30k a year. you can certainly get by on that, but you aren't rich at all.
