And then you wonder why you can't get paid and need SBR to intervene.

Sorry, but in these days of bonus abusers, identity theft, credit card scammers, and beards. Most (if not all) sportsbooks want accurate customer data. Yes, partially for marketing purposes... but equally if not more, for security purposes.

If anonymity is important to you... get a credit account somewhere they aren't too hard to find. But if you want bonuses, promos, contests, etc. the books want to know who you are. If you don't want phone calls, tell the book no calls, if they still call send a message to SBR with your account number. It will be resolved. All institutions that deal with money transfer of some sort have a KYC policy. If you don't like the policy or find it too harsh... don't play there.

i've played at your book for 6 or 8 years now and ever thing about it is first class, EXCEPT FOR THE BOOKMAKER LIKE COLD CALLING! I HONESTLY THINK IT COSTS YOUWAGER BUSINESS BECAUSE PEOPLE THAT DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE BOOK HAVE HORROR STORIES FROM THE RIDICULOUS CALLS.
i was able to get the calls to stop after throwing an absolute fit, but the calls are excessive. I have found youwager to pay as fast as anyone in the industry, and i honestly think YOUWAGER are good people. I would hope Youwager would take a hard look at their phone marketing. i think it would do wonders for the overall image if it were to stop all together. In this day and age everyone has an email adress and I certainly would rather get offers via email.

listen, dumbasses! I have never, I mean never, well not since I was 19 like 15 years ago, given a book a real phone#. They dont know its not valid, but its their job to get it from you. You are letting these minimum wage phone operators outsmart you!!! Just give them a #, an old cell# you used to have or something
