I'd lay off the chat rep, he was just doing his job — YouWager has a bigger bonus program than most sportsbooks, and are aggressive in their marketing, but that's not a black eye against them, it's just the sign of an active business. Some send pamphlets in the mail or weekly emails, others call X amount of times, it's part of the game. If you ask them not to call they will place you on a no-call list.
