Yeah I told her to watch that. I wasnt sure if it was even legal. This woman was buying like 20 cartons at a time, buying for all the smokers at work, putting it on her credit card, then collecting the cash back from the people at work. I told her just wait until they catch you, but she wasnt worried because the website said it was all legal as long as you dont sell them at a profit.

I would think it is still totally illegal even for just personal use.

You are essentially evading taxes, and they have your information.

20 cartons =200 packs say $5 pack in evaded taxes ( maybe more) that is $1,000+ risk every time she does it.
