It was in a locker room at a fitness center, where gays like to congregate. In response to the compliment, the guy blushed and said "well thanks" and smiled a little. So, here is a compliment I enjoyed a lot, even though it did not involve a single word.

I don't have kids but am quite the magnet for children. I am a good playmate and share silly secrets with them and make them giggle a lot. My niece, let's call her Emma, is now almost three years old and lives in a different country. I have only seen her three times in her life but always have a blast with her and I feel lucky that she recognizes me and thanks to skype kind of knows who I am... by now.

Just a couple weeks ago I visited her and spent an afternoon in a huge park with her, sliding like a maniac and riding horses and buying her whatever she wanted (after asking my brother for money haha I know I am such a brat). At one point we sat on a small bench and Emma was eating ice cream. I then just leaned over to her and kissed her on the top of her head. She looked at me with her big, blue eyes, and I smiled and asked: "Emma, you want to know a secret?" Grinning, she put her ear close to my mouth and I whispered: "I love you. That's why I gave you a kiss just now." Emma grinned widely, smearing her ice cream even more onto her face, and spontaneously gave me the sloppiest vanilla kiss I ever got in my life.

Now, to some of you this might merely be a quick moment of affection. To me it is a huge compliment because this little girl trusts me and loves me unconditionally even though I am half a world away.

Jules, I have been doing work around the house with my time off. Today I will do a little more of the same and then at 2:30 have a physical for my new job. Also, waiting on confirmation from the investigator that I hired to find out for sure that you are indeed a woman. If he/she tells me that you are, I am going to jump a flight to Europe and chase you around some!!
