RICO act lawsuit to be filed against Bet Royal and SBG Global

I was also one of the BetRoyal/SBG clients who were accused of being part of a "syndicate" and therefore unable to collect my profits, which have since been rolled over to BJO. I also sent Randall and the managements / consulting team numerous emails requesting my profits but have not received any responses. Please keep us fellow former SBG client who were ripped off posted if you have any luck in filing a lawsuit and / or need additional names to provide.

Any update on your RICO lawsuit? Update from TWO weeks ago was that your "lawyer" was trying to serve Eduardo papers? You going to let this go? You realize you can not collect twice on the same money; if you attain your rollover with BJO you have no recourse with SBG. I believe I mentioned to you that I reached my rollover requirement a couple of weeks ago and more then doubled my 7k rolllover but I believe u had a 30k rollover and 600k rollover requirement to attain? You still hanging in there?

We should not expect to receive a response from curious on this, at least any meaningful or substantive reply. It is obvious after a couple of months that his RICO lawsuit was a juvenile attempt on his part to cause some degree of optimism for those people who were affected by the BetRoyal / SBG fiasco. Curious talked a good game for a while but it is obvious and apparent to everyone on this forum that he talked the talk but failed to walk the walk. We heard everything from him that he was going down to Costa Rica to "take care of business" with BetRoyal mgt to being physically threatened by BetRoyal management.... all fabrications and no substance.

If we do hear from bi-curious, everyone can be assured that there will be no substance in his responses; only expletives and excuses.

curious or "bicurious" as he is most commonly referred to is long and gone..... he lost 30k with BetRoyal, made all kinds of legal insinuations that he would be suing BetRoyal / SBG but never delivered on his promises / posts.... has never responded to numerous emails / posts.... bi-curious is what most people would consider to be a pathetic and unfortunate person; wrong place at the wrong time, full of promises but nothing to back himself up with... don't expect a meaninful response from bicurious regarding your post.. he is long and gone!!!

some people might actually feel sorry for him but he had neither the gambling discipline nor the legal recourse to do anything positive about his situation; all talk, but could not walk the walk; I picture him hiding in the corner of his bedroom right now; truely an unfortunate / pathetic sight
