Its a moderation tool. PP1 means a poster must wait 1 minute between posts. Obviously PP1 is a cream puff mod tool. But the mods can set it to 10 minutes between posts. No one wants to slow anyone down but if guys are going to go on tilt then the mods job is to keep the board going for the rest of us guys who are not on tilt...yet.

I think there's a problem here.
