Mod policy on posters attacking other posters

Ban Excel right now for starting posts about me on a daily basis. Mods are uneducated biased pricks with short tempers and poor decision making abilities.

As if this pertains to jjgold and excel bashing me, it has no deter on my posting here. It has run its course though. As everyone knows by now, jj sent out a ploy that Scott Becker of Credit Wagering was me, he hammered it into the ground, basically choked the life out of it, posters that matter here know that it is not me, videos have been produced, I actually used my real picture as my avatar until the board went from adulthood to adolescent.

I hammer one guy on this board and it is jjgold. It will always be that way.

Easy Patrick, he has nothing to do with moderating the forum. He is the store manager.

Basically what needs to happen is to weed out the nit wits that have nothing to do here but try to gather giggles out of the peanut gallery by beating the ever loving daylights out of one thing with exception to jjgold. jjgold brings numbers and gambling insight from time to time. I have noticed an individual padding posts lately posting 2 posts per minute all 1 line sentences that easily could have been combined into one. The guy is crapping up the forum with junk

Obviously my poster bashing skills are far superior to anyone else here. Had no idea when I first photoshopped JJ to a pimp it would grow to be so controversial. Some of these guys are like little kids(you know who you are) can dish it out but can't take it. Anyways if its a big deal I'll gladly stop. I will leave you with this note.....

Debate on the SBR Ratings are part of the deal here. Now if you say John you are a stupid fvcking idiot because your site rates BP a B+ instead of (insert where you think), then that will draw moderation. JJ is a high powered mutant that should not be categorized with the rest of us sheep. I don't think SBR should crack down too hard on posters. Freedom of speech should be maintained but when it clearly steps over the line (stalking in every thread, bashing in every thread, creating threads insulting other posters) mods should intervene. Some ribbing is acceptable of course as this shouldn't turn into Disney land. You should also give a lenience in the form of warnings as everyone has bad days and we can't be judged solely on them.

As for the Deuce situation I find the whole thing tired out as it has been going on for a long while now. Whether it is him in that picture from Credit Wagering or not is irrelevant. You shouldn't bash someone based on their appearance. Don't guise it under the "we just want him to get healthy" excuse either. If you really cared you would PM him in private. Anything else is just hateful and everyone knows it. He also gets attacked for a multitude of other things in every thread he posts in. I understand if you don't like him or you think he's full of it but have some tact and keep it to yourself. Or better yet use the ignore feature. I know all the previous stuff I said will all on deaf ears but it needed to be said.

Here is an example(sorry Pat). This poster needs to slow down and relax. These posts were 1 minute apart and bashing away. The mods will put this poster on a short delay so that he will need to wait a while and hopefully collect his thoughts and find another interesting subject to post about.

Unless you publish these rules and stickied them in every single forum here it can't be enforced with justice. You can't have poster A allowed to bash because he is famous and punish the little guy poster B because he is not famous. Then all mods need to be trained on how to enforce the rules with justice for everyone. So unless you plan to train the mods to become Supreme Court justices you will allways have mods being labeled Nazis.
