after one start you think he is the best. you are stupid. look at mark prior and kerry wood. hell they had one good year. strasburg is good dont get me wrong, but manhandling the worst team in baseball isn't proving much to me. i would like to see him face a power hitting lineup. that fastball wont get by the phillies or braves in his division

I think that he is one of the top pitchers, no doubt. I would say top 10! You have to remember nobody has seen him yet! Once a few MLB teams and their scouts have seen tapes on how he pitches during certain counts, that will be the true test.

I don't think you can judge how great a player is gonna be with one game .. give it a few seasons and see how he progresses .. he could be really good or get hurt and end up in the minors who knows.

Pirates aren't exactly the '27 Yankees but he did pitch a heck of a game. Let see if he has the durability to be a great pitcher because that is what makes a pitcher great.
