Vegas Dave is a nice kid who was over his head. He had the right stuff but he was too immature to hang and bang with a company like SBR. He's pissed and perhaps the SBR suits could have massaged his termination with a little more aplomb but they're learning too. Dave was charming in an almost naive way but they needed more out of him. That does not mean he's a bad kid or an unsuitable employee. But this is a hard core industry. It's not designed for young guys who are learning the ropes. This is a very street savvy business and not for the faint of heart. Dave seemed to be a neophyte and a bit green. Dave needed seasoning and SBR just couldn't wait. He's a good kid and he'll find a place. SBR is growing at warp speed and he was simply a casualty of their growth.

That's a good question. Jobs are not advertised in newspapers or online places like Monster. Actually they are not even advertised on the forum offering the job. The standard practice is for the forum adminstrators to start a poll asking if a specific candidate will be a good fit.
