I don't normally chime in on

like this, but it would not be in SBR's best interest to re-hire him. While he may have had a rough three to six months recently, who here hasn't, he's not mature enough to handle it not have the respect from the board. If he wanted to come back just as a poster, so be it but you'll need a short leash with him.

Thats what he did at EOG. He wouldnt do that here. He's not coming back(see the vote) but if he did he would work with Lou and the team. I dont ever want anyone posting as much as he did and if they did they better be paying us.

Listen mutants. Whether you like the kid or not, you have to sympathize if not empathize with him. He's a cocky kid and now everyone wants to pounce. Take the high road for once in your miserable lives. I can assure you nobody wants the cards this kid has been dealt right now. Give him a chance and say to yourselves, here's a chance to help someone in need. If he takes this opporunity for granted and he diminshes what we have at SBR, well at least we gave him a chance.

For any poster that is going to walk because of his presence, then you have no idea what second chances are all about. I say give the kid an opportunity. A fair opportunity not one that is sabotaged from the get go. I don't know this kid from Adam and I have no dog in this fight. But I will tell you what I did in my 20's is markedly different from the way I handle my business now. He's gone through a great deal and he's gone through it publically. Don't take away the kid's soul. We all have an opportunity here to help someone in need. Be the bigger person and give Mofo a chance.
