Find another less expensive hobby. Try golf,fishing, or perhaps find what you are really good at life and go full steam ahead towards it.. Either that or wait until you can accumulate,steal, or beg your way back into the game.

I take breaks at times, but it's what we all love to do. This time of year just isn't that fun for me, personally, bases aren't my favorite. It's a grind. My downfall is common, I might deposit a couple hundred, and take it up and down, the worst is when its a weekend night and you "go for it," after a few drinks / beers / whatever... and things go south. I can be disciplined for weeks and lose it on one drunken Saturday night...

same here. I've played more bases this year than I have in 5 years. I like to take the summer off & stay on the lake & not deal with this shit, but Im in a little different circumstance this summer. So I've been trying to learn more about capping bases, but not playing much money on 'em
