Im from Chicago live in San Francisco now but first place I go when I fly in from the airport is Portillos its on my way back home. Pick up 2 Hotdogs and a Cheese Fry! So Fantastic. But they also have great Beef Sandwiches never had a hamburger from them though they are known for Hotdogs!

Been to Kumas twice...I'm not from Chicago, from the suburbs. I just love me some double bacon cheeseburger, with some cheese fries, then dip the burger in the cheese. But yes their beef is top notch, same with their chicago style dog

I may go to Kumas Friday, gotta help the mother in law move.

2 very average hot dog stands in Burbank. Dukes has an alright Beef sandwich and Kojaks has a decent burger. If your passing thru Burbank one of those places is worth a shot, otherwise no need to make a special trip.

The girl that waited on us was pretty cute. Nice face, tight body, just covered from the neck to wrists in tattoos... Not my style, but I can't say I wasn't attracted to her. She'd just be more like a 9 if she wasn't covered in that garbage, brings her down to a 7 or so. Her ass wasn't big and she was the only attractive white girl there.

For some reason, I thought there cheese fries would be good, but that fukkin cheddar cheese or whatever crusted up quickly and started to taste funky. But the burger was Top Notch. Nice little joint, too bad it about a hour away.

Best Burger in the city is Blackies. Beef sandwich is Johnnys melrose park or Tonyz on 71st and Pulaski. Tacos - ZacaTacos on Pulaski.
Any more types of foods you need a reccomendation on let me know.

Did Blackies yesterday for lunch - they do make a good burger for sure! Not sure if anyone is big on it, but Art of Pizza has a special on Thursdays I think, its like $5.99 chicken parmesan - one of the best chicken parms I ever ate. I swear to god I put on 20 lbs just from eating that every Thursday alone. Know thats a random fact but that was the only thing I ever ate every week. Live out in suburbs now with wife, so don't get to eat downtown for dinner much anymore - good to see Chicago representing strong here on SBR!

Sliced Brisket Platter with Cornbread and Mac n Cheese.

Top notch place. Sometimes line is fukkin long though.


There's a french bistro up in that area that is great too, BYOB. Brought in a bottle of Grey Goose and the 2 owners came over and chatted it up with us and did a few shots while our food was cookin. Great food there. I'll get the name and post back.
