going into school with the mentality that you want to make six figures is a bad idea, you'll probably pick something you end up hating but you'll be stuck with it. find something that interests you, that way you're passionate about it and will be able to put in good work. besides, if you find something your great at there's no reason you can't end up making good money off of it.

Get a generic BA/MBA and then corporate sales. It's not the stablest employment in a recession but once the economy picks up again you can pull this in pretty easily over the year. Barring that if you need recession proof medical field is the place to look.

seriously though not many places to make six figures these days "with the least amount of schooling". dentists, doctors, lawyers, etc those all take tons of school obviously.

if i were doing it over again i think i would skip the schooling and learn a trade like plumbing that can still pay the bills even when people aren't building too much in terms of new construction. then you're making money instead of spending it on school for years that may or may not pay off.

Go into business for yourself. I made the decision 16 years ago I would never have a boss or work for someone. Only way to get ahead is to go into business for yourself. Unless you become a good Dentist, Doctor or high powered Attorney. Sure you there are professions where you can make 6 figures easy but do you want to be on the high end close to 7? Orale

You might experience discrimination from female patients when it comes to intimate areas. Most are accustomed to female nurses and won't be as comfortable with a male nurse.

Lot of women aren't comfortable with a male doctor either but they would be even less comfortable with a male nurse.

hard to go bankrupt if you work from home or have an office somewhere as a professional with low costs and high fees.
