Right. I meant 16 not 32. I was just saying that they'd get a better draw in the round of 16 if they were to win the group (with a win vs England most likely, obviously), versus being the second team out of the group in, thats all.

There is no draw in the round of 16. The draw is already done. It's like the NCAA basketball tourney.
