Yeah but I will have to have some action on them. Just not as fast paced as other sports I have grown accustom to. Although, EA Sports Fifa 10 is the greatest video game of all time, it is the only reason I know of teams and some of the players lol. I will definitely watch more this time than in 2006 when I did not know who anyone was.

Does the USA have any chance of beating England? I know that is our first game.

Every game I can get to see on the tube. Watched some of the UEFA final yesterday. International soccer is the best. I'll never watch any of this MLS shit.

Just checked the Time Zone...yeah, maybe I will watch some games...maybe even betting a very small amount sometimes...I don't bet on soccer usually.

I expect this tournament to be highly politicized...I think the black teams will be favored by referees...I expect at least one team from Africa to reach the semi-finals...or even winning the title.

Cannot wait. USA can make it to round of 32, they are expected to, maybe we get a favorable draw and make a run. Shocking the world against England on Day 1 would make it VERY interesting, as it would improve their draw in the later rounds.....

The draw was done a few months back. US plays England, Slovenia, Algeria. They need to beat 2 out of these teams to guarantee advancing to the round of 16 (tourney starts with 32 teams split in 8 groups).

Right. I meant 16 not 32. I was just saying that they'd get a better draw in the round of 16 if they were to win the group (with a win vs England most likely, obviously), versus being the second team out of the group in, thats all.
