Tell them your sending it to a member of your church on a retreat/mission thing. Works every-time, if they get interested and ask questions go religious talk on them and they will be dis-interested quickly.

I use paypal all the time and even have their debit card with 1% cash back...no problems here and I have been with them for years

sam...if you have money frozen right now... you know you cant send or receive.... BUT.... you can REFUND.. so if you can work something out with the senders... u could issue refunds now as a way to get out of this mess

I ended up getting all of my $$$ and INTEREST (minor amount) & fully reinstated

But I play it safer these day...
