Some of the best I think imo.

Best overall though in-stadium atmosphere fans? Calgary when they were good few years back.

Yea...I admired the tenacity of the 70's and 80's Flyers....I liked watching TV games from the Spectrum.....remember Kate Smith singing before the game..

Tried to Google old pics of the Spectrum when I saw this thread but only got the new Wachovia Spectrum...

The old Flyers were great....no 2 better fighters than Dave " The Hammer " Schultz and Bob Kelly......and then they got a guy from my neck of the woods . Minnesota Gopher Paul Holmgren joined the team.....Remember tough guy Dennis Hextall coming later.....and you wouldnt want to look at Fred Shero the wrong way....and Cowboy Bill Flett, beard and all exemplified what the Flyers were all about... Bob Clarke and Bill Barber were awesome...

I was actually at Met Center in January 1980 when Philly came in with that 36 game unbeaten streak...all we could get was standing room only tickets..the game was so huge......and the North Stars did want the previous 36 teams couldnt do...we beat Pete Peeters 7-1 and ended the streak...

Philly was the team I thought tough NHL teams should be.....

        And lastly....remember one thing....

Only God saves more than Bernie Parent.....

        Ciao...
