disagree Orbison...not in today's NFL...you don't need 3 - 4 years to rebuild a team like in the good ole days before free agency and salary cap...we've seen quite a few teams go from worst to first in their division or improve by at least 5+ games in the last 20+ years or so...all you need is a good GM and talent scout evaluators that know what they are doing and you can literally rebuild your team through the draft and free agency if you make the right moves...

This is true. Look at the Niners. Improved from a losing record to the super bowl and back to last in the division in a 3 year period. Thats easier than maintaining greatness. He will be outworked and outcoached quite a bit.
