A golf match pairing Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning against Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady is planned for May and will benefit COVID-19 relief.

if this 18 hole match is played, @SuperBookUSA would have

When sports fans discuss the top quarterbacks and the top golfers of this millennium, it’s hard not to think of these four names: Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson.

Those four legendary athletes are taking part in “The Match: Champions for Charity,” a two-on-two showdown involving a $10 million donation to benefit COVID-19 relief. William Hill has posted odds for the event, which will take place at Medalist Golf Club in Florida on Sunday, May 24.

The team of Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning is currently a -200 favorite over Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady (+175). Woods/Manning had originally opened at -190.

This 18-hole competition will consist of two different formats. The front nine will be four ball play, meaning that each of the four golfers will be playing only with his golf ball throughout the hole and the lower of the partners’ scores will count as the team’s score for that hole. The back nine will be alternate shot play, where the partners share one golf ball per hole and alternate taking shots.

Additionally, William Hill is offering a few props for “The Match: Champions for Charity.” Woods/Manning is a -150 favorite for team leading after nine holes, whereas Mickelson/Brady is +130. There is a “will there be extra holes” prop, with NO priced at -340 and YES at +280. The biggest longshot on the board is under the prop “one team wins 3 holes in a row,” as YES is priced +475 while NO is -650.

“The Match: Champions for Charity” will be broadcast on TNT, TBS, truTV and HLN at 3 PM ET/12 PM PT on Sunday, May 24th.
