Is this the year a non-major wins the championship (Gonzaga, Dayton, San Diego State) for the first time in 30 years? (Last was UNLV 1990)

Is this for women's or men's? It wasn't made clear in the original post. With both being equal in watchability of athletic competition, if this could be cleared up sooner rather than later, Id greatly appreciate it.
