Shari I got inside info from a fat kangaroo prickboy in melbourne that Kevin Durant had 2 hours of sleep yesterday and was going to come in sluggish. Inside info usually works out but it fuked me hard this time.

So how does it work? Does David Stern himself walk into the locker room at halftime and tell a team and its coaches that they have to lose or they will be without a job?

Give me a break. If players were being told to lose on purpose don't you think that it would come out eventually? Some ex-player or some other do-gooder would blow the whistle so they could write a book about it and get on TV. Now if you are saying that some refs alter the outcomes of games I might actually buy that.

Its already a fact that the refs determine the outcome of games, the NBA has no credit to its name.

How about the fact that a team can be -800 at home (cavs) and only be -200 against the same team on the road?

No home court advantage turns you from a 8 to 1 favorite to a 2 to 1 fav just because you enter a different building with a different fanbase unless their is corruption involved.

Remember, the NBA really isnt a licensed sports league like the NFL or MLB. The NBA is an Entertainment company. Therefore, they can do whatever they want with their games. Remember, the FBI said Ref Tim Donaghy was 100% truthful when they interviewed him about his allegations towards the league...but since the NBA is an entertainment company, the FBI couldnt do anything about it.

That said, I dont know how anyone could have passed on betting the Bulls and the Thunder last night at those "too good to be true" lines that the books sent out. The books know what they are doing and if the line looks to good to be true, think like a sportsbook. And you will profit. When I saw Thunder -3.5 and Bulls +3.5 I couldnt get to the window fast enough to bet them.
