You could do everything right and still get sick everything in moderation and genes have a lot to do with it

You could have one hamburger a week as your red meat

That doesn't hurt either Rudy. I always pray for others rather then myself. I'm blessed already. I give prayers of thanks only when I think of myself. That's just me though.

Prayer and belief does reduce stress and worries in life and makes you look and love yourself more in a different light as you will see yourself as a good person. You believe in something greater then you. Don't knock prayer and belief Rudy as there is something to it.

It reduces stress and builds self confidence if you are walking the walk and not a phony. It's nice to look in the mirror daily and smile and know you are not screwing people over. Living a clean life is awesome for happiness when you get up in age especially!!!

Esselstyn is the author of Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease (2007), in which he argued for a low-fat, whole foods, plant-based diet that avoids all animal products and oils, as well as reducing or avoiding soybeans, nuts and avocados.

    yea ill pass on that

    Seriously though

I think 99% of people should pass

I think its designed for those that have suffered significant cardiac events and may have months or years to live.

I'm not sure what Philly's prognosis is, but it's worth it for every person to make an informed decision weighing all the various outcomes

its drastic measure to enable people to go from the drastic prospect of death in a year or so to living 20,30 or more years.

My dad's friend was given less than a year to live, and changed his whole life around. That was like 15 years ago. last I had heard in 2015 he was alive and biking hundreds of miles a week after never have been active.

I asssume i'll need this in 25 years so I always keep it in the back of my mind

i drink too much beer to worry about what i eat for my own health

i just dont want to promote eating chicken eggs locked up in chicken houses so really trying to cut down on that

but shit, i cant afford anything pasture raised esp for my dogs

but me worrying about red meat?

i dont care if i die of a heart attack at 70 or alzheimers at 95

    preferably take the 70 death

Quick update boys.....Cardiologist found what appeared to be a small blockage so gonna get a cardio catherization done (scheduled for Friday). Extremely disappointed as I’ll be missing my Unde / Allaboutthe$$$ mini bash in Nassau. But as $$$ says “Bahamas will always be there”. Thinking worse case scenario they put a stint in? Anyway probably won’t be around SB weekend so good luck with all your plays Will grab some b-ball pics later on but right now have Nadal - Theim OVER 3.5 sets at -135 (BetAmerica) and Theim to win 3 sets to 2 +800 also on BetAmerica.
