Chicago fans seeing what Tampa Bay fans did

Joe is the Tony Dungy of MLB.

Refuses to improvise or adjust when need be.

They're done! Complete train wreck - Huge mistake signing Kimbrel - Maddon will take the fall but many issues. Loving every minute of it!

He can't get fired, his contract expires at the end of the season.

Cubs are one of the most talented teams in the league.

Maddon has never understood how to manage his bullpen, which is the manager's most critical task, in my view.

Whoever paid yu darvish that money should be fired. More issues with this team, but that was like paying Joe flacco.

Another MASTERFUL performance by Joe today.

Apparently he uses a PENDULUM to make his decisions.

Close game. 7th inning. Starter gives up 4 hits in a row to a bottom feeding team. Do you pull him? Not so fast, says Joe! Wait until he gives up 5 in a row!

I don't get the hype around him. He walked into a stacked young team in Chicago and largely underachieved imo. Yea, he won a WS, but that team was stacked and injury free for the most part - if Renteria never got canned he undoubtedly would have won it too. Everybody was talking about how the Cubs were set up for a dynasty. Well, it went NLCS loss, WS win, NLCS loss, WC game loss, and no playoffs. Quite the dynasty...

Well said! On Sunday afternoon, after yet another loss to the Cards to end the season, Joe will give a quick "wave" to Theo and head out of town. It'll be the fastest goodbye ever!

Strikes out way too much, but so does almost everyone in baseball.

Baseball has never been more boring to watch than right now.

The manager doesn't swing the bat or throws errant balls. The blame is on the players.

He’s been a top 5-10 pitcher since the AS break. No bigger detractor than me, but he’s pitched his ass off.
