The chick big ben didnt rape

From the account that was given to police and released to the public it was obvious what Big Ben's mistake was: The girl said "when he finished, he didn't say anything, he just left!" Ok, now anybody who has seen High Plains Drifter knows that this is the mistake. If Ben would have just said "give me your number so I can call you next week and we can go out" this would have all been forgotten.

You can't just hit a ho and say nothin. Rent the video fellas--all the history you need to know to get you thru life is in an Eastwood movie.

1) No there was no video tape because by law you can not put a video camera in a restroom, therefore there would be no video tape to destroy!!!! More importantly I did not realize that video evidence is necessary in order to prove a rape allegation

2) When faced with the decision to believe a 20 year old college student and her friends or a man who has already been accused of rape I will lean towards the girls story. Just because the girl does not want her name and face put out across america as a rape victim and that there was not enough "evidence" to prove beyond a doubt that the rape occurred does not mean that it did not happen. Not to mention the possibility that Ben paid her off to make it go away!!!!

3) were you there? Did you see it first hand? Do you believe everything that you read?

Keep in mind before you open your mouth in the future that there is a fine line between looking like a "smart ass" and just looking like an "ass". If you are incapable of providing the smart part you are left with just being an ass.

1. Did I mention a videotape of the sex happening in the bathroom? I originally asked if she waslked into the bathroom or if Big Ben picked her up and carried her in there while she was passed out. So I would of been asking if there was a videotape of the club/hallway that showed how she got to the bathroom.

2. There was no charges. I didn't know that there was 4 other times he was accused of this, I just knew of 1 time he was ACCUSED. How many times has he been guilty? Is it possible that all these girls could of talked together on facebook, and conspired to make all these allegations?(joke) I know that there is a good possibly that this actually happened, but there hasn't been any charges, and all were dropped. So he either paid her off, or it didn't happen. If he paid her off, it just proves that she was a whore, and ****ed him, filed rape, and got money. She was probably never looking to go to court, dont you think? 20 year old drunk sorority college girl.

3. No I wasn't there....Why would you ask if I believe everything I read, it's obvious that I don't, that's why I'm not out here calling Big Ben a RAPIST. If I were there for any of the incidents and saw first hand, don't you think I'd be singing a different tune?


I know the difference between a smartass and an ass. After my first post in here, I said that I was uneducated on what exactly happened, and that is why I asked some of these questions.
